These two aspects affect metabolism and hormonal activity, and have a positive effect in terms of eliminating excess fat. But sometimes even with these good habits, we get tired of seeing the expected results, instead we see some extra pounds. But not everyone knows the fact that some morning habits actually lead to weight gain. As a result, it becomes an obstacle to the goal we want to be in shape.<\/p>\n<p>Skipping breakfast: Breakfast is the main meal of the day and it shouldn&#8217;t just be a coffee and a cookie. But there must be carbohydrates, fiber and amino acids. Total breakfast calories correspond to 25% of the body&#8217;s daily needs.<\/p>\n<p>Late breakfast: To avoid what we mentioned above, it is ideal to eat breakfast about an hour after waking up. Before eating breakfast, immediately after waking up, you can drink a glass of lukewarm water with lemon.<\/p>\n<p>Consumption of industrial products: Industrial foods contain a lot of carbohydrates and fats. Prefer more fruits, vegetables or natural yogurt. Or a handful of dried fruits or natural smoothies are a good alternative.<\/p>\n<p>You are not properly hydrated: It is recommended to start the day with a glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice. Or a herbal tea, or water with honey. After eating breakfast, drink 3-4 glasses of water throughout the morning.<\/p>\n<p>Excessive sleep: Studies say who sleeps more than 10 hours, increases the risk of gaining weight.
