However, people do not know what this means.<\/p>\n<p>Things highly sensitive people do:<\/p>\n<p>They panic when they have too much to do: They are constantly anxious and as their stress level increases, they have more difficulty being productive.<\/p>\n<p>They consider noisy environments to be chaotic: Highly sensitive people cannot cope with the sights, sounds, smells and noisy activity in such environments.<\/p>\n<p>They don&#8217;t perform well when they are under surveillance: Highly sensitive people function best when they are in private. If they have a presentation in front of their boss or something in front of the public, they perform poorly because of the pressure.<\/p>\n<p>Deeply moved by art: Whether it&#8217;s a piece of music or a visit to an art gallery, highly sensitive people appreciate it a lot.
