One tablespoon a day of this natural cure on an empty stomach is recommended to be consumed early in the morning for a month. This dose can be repeated again after six months.

Ingredients: 1 glass of lemon juice, 180 g of honey, 4 tablespoons of extra virgin oil.

Preparation: Squeeze 3-4 lemons and pour the juice into a glass jar. Add the honey and olive oil and mix with a wooden spoon until a smooth liquid is formed. Close the jar and put it in the refrigerator.
