What are the morning habits that make us healthy?

You are not properly hydrated: It is recommended to start the day with a glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice. Or a herbal tea, or water with honey. After eating breakfast, drink 3-4 glasses of water throughout the morning.

Excessive sleep: Studies say who sleeps more than 10 hours, increases the risk of gaining weight. A good rest between 7-8 hours a day without interruption is enough.
