ENB Construction is a construction company founded in 2019 by Ing. Besmir Beqiri, after 10 years of individual experience in managing large industrial and residential projects throughout the country.

TECHNICAL-FINANCIAL CONSULTANCY IN CONSTRUCTION

One of the areas where ENB Construction operates is project management, focused on the technical and financial modeling of the project, the distribution of the investment according to the technical specifications and the monitoring of the implementation phase until finalization. ENB’s consulting portfolio currently includes two completed buildings, a villa complex worth 4 million euros and a residential complex worth 20 million euros.

Waterproofing Cellars Business and Residential Buildings (Buildings, warehouses, salons, etc.) Regarding the waterproofing of basements, ENB applies the Penetron system according to the American model and relevant specifications. Our engineers have been trained to carry out the applications by the staff of Penetron Hellas and in our portfolio there are 5 fully realized residential facilities.

DESIGN-CONSTRUCTION OF METALLIC STRUCTURES

Throughout these years, we have designed and realized several such projects, which were entrusted to us precisely because of their specifics and our engineering guarantee of realization. It is about relatively difficult objects that require solutions and specific technical experience, we have realized “adaptations” from concrete structures to metal structures, metal constructions at great heights and metal structures within an existing structure, all treated as “artwork” and normally we are ready next for new challenges.

Swimming pools as specific objects that require technical attention are absolutely our focus, with already dozens realized together with the systemization of the plot up to the laying of the grass carpet.
