Job Description: The Email Customer Assistant is responsible for handling customer inquiries and requests via email. The main focus of the job is to respond to customer requests promptly and accurately. This position will involve using tailored messaging to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities:
1.Responding to customer inquiries by email in a timely and professional manner.
2. Providing customers with accurate and up-to-date information about products, services and policies.
3. Solving customer complaints and escalating issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Requirements:
1. Good written communication skills in English.
2. Ability to work independently and in a team.
The salary is 450 euros per month, training and continuous salary increases are offered.
