The pharmaceutical distributor Evita Sh.p.k. is looking to hire: Sales Operators Main tasks and responsibilities: • Responsible for the preparation of all sales invoices in accordance with company procedures and according to customer requirements. • Maintains close ties with field groups and all company structures. • Performs orders and daily tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager. • Implements instructions given regarding customer relations, communication with them and maintaining customer database by reflecting updated information. • Participates and supports with suggestions for the development and improvement of the work processes it manages. • Have communication and negotiation skills and be able to manage conflicts that may arise at work. • Any other task that may be required by the Warehouse Manager within the tasks and work processes: Necessary criteria: • University degree. • Previous experience in similar job profiles is preferred. • To be a communicative candidate and able to determine the requirements and needs of customers. • Collaborative skills and work in a group. • To have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. • Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
