Curative properties of green onion

Green onion is one of the vegetables that has a special importance for health. It has a significant impact on improving the body’s immunity.

Some of its uses are:

Sore throat. Cut the onion into fine pieces, add ginger (also finely chopped) and salt. Place these ingredients in a container to heat them and then place them on a towel or other cloth that you can hold on the part of your throat or chest that hurts.

Swollen feet. Boil the new onion for a few minutes. Then put it in the blender and if necessary add a little water and mix until you get a homogeneous mass (paste). Apply the obtained paste to the swollen legs. This recipe has been used for over 100 years and is very effective.

Continuous runny nose. Squeeze the new onion and put some cotton in the obtained juice. Place cotton soaked in onion juice on the nose and sinus area.
