On a front line with sea, Hotel VIVAS is located 5 minutes away from Durres Port, 30 minutes from “Mother Teresa” Airport and 40 minutes from the capital city, Tirana. The area in which our hotel is situated has the perfect climate to spend the summer holidays by the sea. The average temperatures in June-August are around 30˚C during the day and not lower than 20˚C during the night. This area is known for its Mediterranean climate characterized by hot summer and mild winter. Hotel VIVAS is a five-floor high building, with 78 rooms, swimming pool, gym, private beach, conference room, parking inside, free internet WI-FI, beach bar, restaurant, children playground, etc, equipped with a surveillance system.
To give a special taste to your day we invite you to enjoy the specialties of our cuisine. In our restaurant you can find everything starting from national cuisine to the international one. The choice will be difficult between fresh fish, meat and home made products.

Standard Double Room:
The standard double rooms are ideal for a couple or single occupancy. They have space for one extra bed. We have 14 double rooms, most of them have sea view.
Twin Room:
These kind of rooms have two single beds, suitable for friends who travel together. We have 14 twin rooms, 4 of them have sea view and the others city view.
Triple Room:
Suitable for friends, triple rooms have three single beds. We have 16 triple rooms, most of them with sea view.
Quadriple or Family Room:
These kind of rooms have 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Suitable for family, they are spacious rooms. We have 8 quadruple rooms and 6 of them have sea view.
