The pharmaceutical distributor Evita Sh.p.k. is looking to hire: Sales Operators Main tasks and responsibilities: \u2022 Responsible for the preparation of all sales invoices in accordance with company procedures and according to customer requirements. \u2022 Maintains close ties with field groups and all company structures. \u2022 Performs orders and daily tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager. \u2022 Implements instructions given regarding customer relations, communication with them and maintaining customer database by reflecting updated information. \u2022 Participates and supports with suggestions for the development and improvement of the work processes it manages. \u2022 Have communication and negotiation skills and be able to manage conflicts that may arise at work. \u2022 Any other task that may be required by the Warehouse Manager within the tasks and work processes: Necessary criteria: \u2022 University degree. \u2022 Previous experience in similar job profiles is preferred. \u2022 To be a communicative candidate and able to determine the requirements and needs of customers. \u2022 Collaborative skills and work in a group. \u2022 To have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. \u2022 Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
